Reservation & Refund Policy

All reservations at Rock the Dock include admission and guaranteed seating for the scheduled live dueling piano show.

Because seating is limited and reservations directly impact capacity, reservation fees are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled show date.

Cancellation & Refund Details

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the show are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the show are non-refundable

• Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for refunds

Show Cancellations

If Rock the Dock cancels a show due to weather, performer illness, or unforeseen circumstances, all reservation fees will be refunded.
