FAQ: Reservation & Seating

  • Reservations secure your table for the evening’s dueling piano performance and include admission. Reservations are strongly recommended for peak nights and special events.

  • Reserved tables are held for 15 minutes past your scheduled arrival time. After that, tables may be released to walk-in guests.

  • We do our best to accommodate seating preferences, but specific table or location requests are not guaranteed. VIP seating upgrades may offer priority placement when available.

  • If your party size changes, please contact us at rockthedockbookings@gmail.com to make the update.

  • Yes. When available, guests may join a waitlist and will be notified if seating opens up. Walk-ins are also welcome based on availability. We have a full beer garden and bar out back to enjoy a first round while waiting for a table to open up.

FAQ: Admission, Age & Policies

  • Yes. There is a $10 admission charge per person for dueling piano shows. Admission is included with reservations and no additional payment will be charged upon entry.

  • Guests must be 21+ after 6:00 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

  • Reservations may be refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Refund policies for special events or prepaid upgrades may vary.

  • Street parking and nearby public parking options are available. We recommend allowing extra time on busy nights.

  • Our main floor is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility questions, please contact us prior to your visit.

FAQ: Music & Entertainment

  • Shows typically run Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, with performances starting around 7:30 PM. Doors open earlier for seating, drinks, and dining.

  • Yes! Guests are encouraged and welcome to request songs during the performance! The show is as interactive as you make it!

FAQ: Food & Drinks

  • Yes. We offer a limited bar bites and shareable menu. We also offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11-3.

  • Yes. We offer non-alcoholic beverage options and alcohol-free selections.
